Custom Size Filter Instructions

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

You must have the ACTUAL SIZE of your furnace filter to ensure your filter is the best fit.

Browse through our Custom Size Selector Tool to see if we have your size listed. READ CAREFULLY to make sure that the actual size you need is listed on the product. The filter will not fit properly if you don't order the exact measurements you need!

How do you know what size to enter for your dimensions? There are three basic ways:

Use the ACTUAL SIZE measurements from your existing filter
Measure your existing filter
Measure your air vent opening and subtract 1/4" from the width and length

Please use the instructions that fit your requirements best.

*Use The Actual Size* Measurements From Your Existing Filter**
	If you have an existing filter that fits well in your vent, look on the side of the filter for some text that describe the size. Locate the ACTUAL SIZE value for the right dimensions. If there is only one size listed, you should double check the measurements using one of the methods listed below.

Measure Your Existing Air Conditioner / Furnace Filter
	You will need to use a tape measure to measure the width and length of your existing filter as shown.
OR
Measure Your Air Vent Opening
	Use a tape measure to measure the width and length of the inside of your air vent opening. subtract 1/4" (0.25") from each measurement.
